Chilly weather across Florida has triggered advisories. Close to home, a Frost Warning is in effect until 9 am for coastal Citrus and Hernando counties, along with the inland portions of Pasco, Hernando and Sumter counties, to our north, a Freeze Warning affects coastal Levy, inland Citrus and inland Levy counties until 9 am. The cold weather shelters that were open Tuesday night across Tampa Bay are expected to be open again tonight and possible Thursday night as well with overnight lows staying in the upper 30′s.
The Bucs will hold a banner drop at Tampa City Hall this morning at 11 am ahead of Sunday’s Wild Card Playoff game, and it appears when it comes to baseball. it’s not over.
