U-Haul admits they made a mistake and blame a clerical error for a family moving to Riverview loosing most of their personal possessions. The company towed the truck which they mistakenly believed was one rented in another state. All the family of Samantha Brown Perez got back from the rental company were five boxes, and all the larger items had been burned. U-Haul spokesperson Jeff Lockridge said “our Company intends to do right by the Brown family and make them whole for our mistake and the possessions they lost.
