McDonald’s has announced it will bring back its McGold Card, a card that gives the owner free meals for life.

Beginning Monday, every order made with the McDonald’s app that cost at least $1, will earn the customer an entry in the contest to win the card.

There will be three winners, and those winners will each get three extra cards to give away for a total of 12 cards being won. There will be other prizes awarded. The contest ends on Dec. 25.

The cardholder will get two free meals a week for 50 years.

It is not the first time the fast-food giant has given out the McGold Card.

The previous contest to win the card was in 2018. That card also allowed the winner to get two free meals a week for 50 years.

“Our fans have been fascinated by the lore of the McGold Card and if it really exists. And now, we’ll make this McDonald’s legend a reality for our fans by giving them the ultimate holiday gift — a chance to win a card and then share access to it with three of their family or friends,” McDonald’s USA chief marketing officer Tariq Hassan said in a release.
