Robert Holzaepfel, arrested in Wednesday’s death of Pinellas County Sheriff Deputy Michael Magli, will face first degree felony murder charges in addition to DUI manslaughter, driving while his was license was suspended or revoked involving a death, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, violation of probation, and aggravated fleeing and eluding..
