Almost 6,000 cases of Capri Sun Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend are under recall, somehow contaminated with a diluted cleaning solution. The recall is limited to 6.6-ounce Wild Cherry-Flavored Capri Sun products with a “Best When Used By” date of June 25, 2023. Kraft Heinz ordered the recall for the product produced in their Chicago plant when complaints started rolling in. For details on the recall notice just check here.
King’s Hawaiian has also issued a recall for their Pretzel Slider Buns, Pretzel Hamburger Buns and Pretzel Bites products due to possible microbial contamination. Finally, there’s a problem with metal fragments on pizza. Home Run Inn Frozen Foods had to recall more than 13,000 pounds of 33.5-ounce cartons containing Home Run Inn Chicago’s Premium Pizzeria Deluxe Sausage Classic Pizza with a “best by” date of Dec. 3, 2022.
