This is one item you won't what on the big game buffet Sunday. Publix has issued a voluntary recall on their deli popcorn chicken sold in all Florida stores between January 17 and January 31, 2019. A statement from Publix asks that you call their Customer Care department at 1-800-242-1227 or visit their website at www.publix.com. The American Lung Association released their annual State of Tobacco Control report Wednesday and Florida received a grade of "F". A lot of teens using e-cigarettes contributed to that grade. There are five factors that are weighed in grading and Florida had a failing grade in four out of five. You can see the full report here.

Two Florida Congressmen are sponsoring a bill that would make animal cruelty a federal crime. The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act, or PACT, is being proposed by Sarasota's Rep. Vern Buchanan and Rep. Ted Deutch from Broward county and parts of Palm Beach. The maximum sentence would be seven years.
