The American Lung Association released their annual State of Tobacco Control report Wednesday and Florida received a grade of "F". A lot of teens using e-cigarettes contributed to that grade. Two Florida Congressmen are sponsoring a bill that would make animal cruelty a federal crime. The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act, or PACT, is being proposed by Sarasota's Rep. Vern Buchanan and Rep. Ted Deutch from Broward county and parts of Palm Beach. The maximum sentence would be seven years.
