For the first time since 2007, the Tampa Bay Bucs have won the NFC South title with Sunday’s win over the Carolina Panthers, 32-6. That win gives the Bucs at least one home game during the playoffs. There’s still two games left in the regular season with a 1 pm game this Sunday in New York against the Jets, and the season finale with Carolina coming to Ray Jay, Sunday, January 9th at 1 pm.
With the omicron variant outbreak, you’ll have to be patient thanks to long lines at Hillsborough County’s only test site at the West Tampa Community Resource Center on North Rome Avenue. It’s open 9 am to 5 pm daily, closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. CVS and Walgreens also have some test appointments slots open. More flight delays and cancellations over the weekend for some airlines that are having problems with staffing shortages to do COVID-19. The tracking site FlightAware has a running list for flights in an out of the U.S. At Tampa International Airport, some delays are being reported so it’s best to check ahead with your airline.
