Antonio Brown, Mike Edwards Suspended By NFL

The Bucs Antonio Brown and Mike Edwards were suspended by the NFL Thursday for the next three games. Both were charged with violating NFL vaccination protocols. A statement from the Bucs said “We appreciate the League’s timely handling of this matter and recognize the importance of the health and safety protocols that have been established. We will continue to implement all league COVID-19 protocols.” Next up for the Bucs is another road game against Atlanta Sunday at 1 pm, then home to Raymond James Stadium against the Bills on December 12th at 4:25 pm.

Outgoing St Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman has chosen the the company to redevelop the land that Tropicana Field now sits on. Midtown Development out of Miami will create a plan for the 86 acres that will include housing retail space and offices, but the future of the Trop is still uncertain.

The Florida Aquarium doesn’t know what killed seven African penguins back in July, despite the efforts of numerous veterinarians and labs that tested them. The colony had been at the Aquarium since 2006, and now it appears they may never know what the cause of death was.
