The 2018 hurricane season comes to an end tomorrow. NOAA’s end of season summary came out on Wednesday. We had an above average season with 15 named storms with 2 of the 15 hurricanes becoming major storms. Those were Florence and Michael. Michael is officially the strongest storm ever to hit the Panhandle.
