Another restaurant worker has tested positive for Hepatitis A. The Toasted Monkey in St. Pete Beach was shut down over the weekend by the Florida Department of Health. TECO has some good news for their customers. You should see the lowest monthly electric bills in 13 years starting in January. The Florida Public Service Commission approved TECO's projected costs for fuel and other clauses on Monday.

The Florida Department of Transportation will install a pilot program to detect wrong-way drivers on the Howard Frankland after two serious crashes. It will be installed over the next few weeks. FDOT says the system has a 94% accuracy rate but the biggest problem remains people who drink and drive.
