This is not my fault. But we already have our pumpkin spice madness in the making.
Starting this Monday, August 15th, Oreos will bring back the Pumpkin Spice Oreos for a limited time. How limited? No clue, most likely while they last but they are nice to dunk the morning coffee.
Speaking of which, Starbucks should have their Pumpkin Spice drinks out by the end of the month. What restraint! But you can their fall products on store shelves and online. Not so much at 7-11. They’ve already added their Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice coffee to the menu.
I know it sounds like heresy but I’ve never been a fan, unless it’s a doughnut. I’m more of a apple spice kind of girl, and that goes back to when I was growing up and went to a place called Mapleside Fruit Farms. The best, real cider and doughnuts to cry over they were so good! The original store is no longer there but my memories always will be.
So we don’t leave out our friends at Dunkin’, here’s what they’ll be serving starting Wednesday, the 17th. First up, the nutty pumpkin coffee, then since it has a touch of cinnamon to echo fall flavors, the blood orange refresher. The usual suspects are also back like the pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin cream cold brew, glazed pumpkin cake donut, pumpkin munchkins and a pumpkin muffin. For pumpkin-less options, the maple sugar snackin’ bacon and maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwiches.
So while it’s 95 out there and the last thing in the world you may be thinking of is Halloween and pumpkin spice everything, why not? Just put a lot of ice in the cup!
