I love pizza. And if that love can translate to raising funds for COVID-19 relief all the better. All this weekend Papa John’s is joining with our Tampa Bay Lightning and USF Athletics for PIZZABAY weekend. Here’s the deal. When you order online from Papa John’s between today and Sunday 50% will be donated back to COVID-19 relief programs.

To go with the ‘za, Saturday evening Fox Sports Sun will be re-airing game 7 of the 04’ Cup Final as part of their re-air series. To go along with this, they will actually be have some members of the 04’ team on a zoom call during the broadcast to chat about the game. During the call, Papa John’s will also be delivering some pizzas to those championship players to say thanks.

I’ll also be hard at work in Ann Kelly’s Quarantine Kitchen this weekend trying out a new recipe. Easy one, too. Citrus poached salmon that uses the frozen filets right out of the freezer! The most amount of work I’ll have to do is juicing and I’ll let the electric juicer do that. We’ll talk about that live on Facebook Monday morning at 8 am at WDUV1055.
