That big, traditional Easter brunch or dinner with the family may not be possible right now, and maybe you’re looking for options? My favorite is to let someone else do the cooking and just relax. If that works for here’s a few options around Tampa Bay.
- The Columbia Restaurant Group adds a personal touch with special menu items that come directly from the Gonzmart family recipe collection that you can enjoy in your own home with curbside pickup, or with a reservation at the Columbia restaurant locations, Ulele and Casa Santo Stefano. Pay a visit to their Facebook page for more information and make those reservations.
-The Capital Grill at Westshore Plaza that also offers dine-in and pickup options. The Easter Brunch menu includes specials for the kids, and the special three-course Easter dinner menu can include a whole rack of bone-In Filet.
-Bahama Breeze and their affiliated family of restaurants will offer a slightly different taste of the holidays with bundled meals. You also can have that ordered online or take the family over for Easter dinner with a waterfront view in Tampa.
-I will admit to having a special place in my heart for Honey Baked Ham at Easter. Some of my favorite memories with my family started with stealing a slice before dinner, ever before I was lucky enough to become their spokesperson here on the Dove. They’re also offering specials, but you do need to hurry up to take advantage of those.
The good news is there are many options to enjoy your holiday and not break the bank. I have plenty of friends who just love weekends around the grill or smoker and coming up with new and different flavors and rub and why not for Easter. I’ve mentioned our talented engineering staff of Dylan Scott and Mike Cernak who are always have to share their mouth-watering pics. Now I’m just waiting for an invitation to dinner!
Have a wonderful Easter and Passover with your family and friends and feel free to share your memories and photos with us @1055thedove by tagging us on Facebook and Instagram.
