Just say those two word and in my mind, I can smell it baking, and not having a lot of patience! I’ve been using the same recipe for a long time and it’s not exactly a lightweight recipe. But it’s a real wow for anyone who gets a slice. The biggest question seems to be with or without nuts? Maybe for me, but a toasty, tasty walnut crunch is pretty nice, right? Let’s also not forget the chance to add chocolate chips.
My fav is for a Sour Cream Banana Bread that’s moist, rich and beyond delicious. Since this recipe makes two loaves it also freezes well for later. But I’ve never had any leftovers for some reason...and it also works well as a muffin recipe. Breakfast, brunch, lunch or a snack, it’s very good. And comforting.
Bet you have a fantastic recipe, so why not share and tag us on Facebook or Instagram @1055thedove. Happy baking!
