Bone broth. I’ve seen a lot of stories pop up about it lately; how nutritious it is, and the benefits that include help for joints and to those suffering from osteoarthritis. Anything that can help my joints gets my attention, and my thanks to Louise Howe from LonoLife for taking a few minutes to talk about it. Now, I’ve tried bone marrow and actually liked it! But with the broth, it’s all about the bones.
I’ve have my flu shot and adding something like a bone broth to boost my immune system is pretty interesting. But honestly I’m not going to head home and start boiling bones, not when I can find it right on the shelf to try. LonoLife is on the shelves at Public and Sprouts if you’ve like to check it out for yourself. But take a few minutes now to hear from Louise and feel free to send me your comments at Ann.Kelly@cmg.com.
