LAKELAND, Fla. (AP) - Court records show a Florida man who

authorities say shot two ministers after killing his wife had

pleaded guilty to killing a previous wife. Authorities say Jeremiah

Fogle killed his wife at the couple's home before opening fire at

the nearby church in Lakeland on Sunday.

    

     SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - A hearing to determine whether SeaWorld

Orlando should pay fines levied by a federal job safety agency

after the death of a trainer at its park is set to resume on

Tuesday with government attorneys possibly introducing video of the

incident. A ruling against SeaWorld could force park officials to

change how trainers interact with the whales.

    

     ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Casey Anthony's father says after being

accused by his daughter's lawyers during her murder trial of

molesting her, he doesn't think a relationship is in the offing.

Cindy Anthony, however, tells "Dr. Phil" that she hopes the

relationship between her and her daughter can be mended.

 

WASHINGTON (AP) - Gay advocacy groups are planning a series of

celebrations across the country today, now that the military's

"don't ask, don't tell" policy has been repealed. The policy that

prohibited gays from serving openly in the military was replaced at

midnight, Eastern time, last night.

    

     BRUSSELS (AP) - U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says the Obama

administration will do its best to close the U.S. prison at

Guantanamo Bay ahead of next year's presidential elections despite

political opposition. Holder told the European Parliament in

Brussels today that the Obama administration wants to close

Guantanamo "as quickly as possible, recognizing that we will face

substantial pressure."

    

     TEHRAN, Iran (AP) - There are more emotional ups and downs for

the families of two American hikers Iran has sentenced to eight

years in prison for spying. The lawyer for Shane Bauer and Josh

Fattal returned to a Tehran court today to try to get a second

judge's signature on a bail-for-release deal. The attorney says the

official explanation he's getting is that the judge has been on

vacation. The Americans have been held for more than two years.

    

     NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - A Connecticut doctor is expected to take

the stand today in the trial of a suspect in the brutal home

invasion deaths of the doctor's wife and two daughters. Dr. William

Petit was the only survivor in the 2007 crime that ended with the

family home set on fire. Joshua Komisarjevsky

(koh-mih-sar-JEV'-skee) faces a possible death sentence if

convicted. A co-defendant was convicted and sentenced to death last

year.

    

     ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - First, Sarah Palin had her own reality

show, now her hairdresser does. The Beehive Beauty shop - the

Wasilla salon famous for the hairdo of the former vice presidential

candidate - has a two-episode reality series on TLC, called "Big

Hair Alaska." It begins tonight. The shop is owned by Jessica
