is scheduled to appear in Tampa court.

Wednesday's hearing at Hillsborough County Court will deal with

Michael Lohan's domestic violence charges.

Lohan was first arrested on Oct. 25. His bail was set at $5,000

and a judge warned him not to make any contact with Kate Major, his

On Tuesday, Lohan appeared in a Sarasota County courtroom, where

Major had filed a domestic violence injunction.
