President Obama's Inaugural Luncheon will be in a cozy little room in Statuary Hall in the US Capitol right after the swearing-in ceremony .The menu is described as a "Faith in America's Future" farm-to-table feast, paying homage to sustainably produced and artisanal foods,” according to obamafoodorama.blogspot.com. Executive Chef Shannon Shaffer of Arlington, Virginia's Design Cuisine was responsible for creating the menu and you can check out all the recipes below. But it does set the taste buds tingling.
