   Who’s up for dinner and a show? We always are in Kelly’s Kitchen, and with “Wicked” onstage at the Straz Wednesday through the 27th, there’s no reason not to enjoy another fine dining experience at Maestro’s before the show. It’s been such a pleasure to dine there, and being able to sit down and relax and not rush through traffic makes the entire experience something to savor.

   So what’s on the menu for Wicked? Chef Benito has crafted a delectable choice of treats from the Opening Act selections that include the Antipasti table of fire roasted vegetables, salads, cheeses and more than 30 choices just to start. My personal choice for entrée is easy – the Lemongrass Lamb Chops that Chef Benito has marinated with an aromatic spice paste and grilled with herbed lime oil, accompanied by Black Barely Risotto and Sunburst Baby Squash. But if you savor the flavor of fish, there’s the Swordfish Bruin, or perhaps the Maestro’s Short ribs are what you desire. Why not have everyone choose a different entrée, and let’s share! 

   No visit to Maestro’s would be complete without dessert, and fine wines to accompany your meal. Calories do not count on date night.  Here’s where to take a peek at the complete menu, and please call now for reservations. I’ll see you at the show!
