Imagine letting someone come into your business, tell you everything you’re doing wrong, and then making it all right. That’s basically what Chef Robert Irvine does in “Restaurant Impossible” seen on The Food Network. Personally, I like the show. Nice dose of tough love with a reality check and usually a happy ending. Irvine is in town right now, at Smitty’s in Clearwater with the big reveal scheduled for Wednesday. I’ll admit I’ve driven by Smitty’s many times and never thought to stop in. Now I’ll have too!
