   Facebook, in my opinion, can be a blessing and a curse. Thankfully, more of the former. Aside from the occasional blocking of someone, it’s a great way to keep in touch with what’s going on in our community and what new friends are there. I was very fortunate when I found Andonia Elefteriou, when I saw her posting for the St Nicholas Greek Food and Wine Festival. So say Andonia has a passion and drive for those in need would be a severe understatement. She has stepped in numerous times and created fund raisers which you can see for yourself on Facebook. As busy as she is, it was great fun to have her stop in to Kelly’s Kitchen with a full entourage to talk about the Festival and bring along just a touch of what you can expect on October 19th. Take a look at what we cooked up!

   What I love is the family friendly atmosphere of the Festival and the fact that it’s doggie friendly. Please, would we have it any other way? Its 3 days of delicious food, wine tastings, a chance to visit with many local rescue groups to find that Forever Friend, and an opportunity to let the whole family in on the fun.
