Truth be told, Kelly's Kitchen needs some work! It's Ann Kelly wishing I'd win the lottery so I could completely redo my dated kitchen. But welcome to reality and the fact that keeping an older home clean is a little bit of work - no, you say! Okay, let's start with the linoleum that I want to rip off and then have the terrazzo underneath refinished. I could do that with someone to help move, oh, say the fridge, the oven, the island. Little things. And then there's the countertops that are presentable, but I think the calk needs to be stripped off and redone. Let's see. The last time I did something like that I ended up with a partially torn tendon and a brace on my right arm and hand (nope, I'm not left-handed) for two months. We need an easier solution. So just like so many of you who have to live with what they have for a while, we scrub, rub, buff and shine it all up as best we can.
