Buddy Valastro, accomplished master baker, cake decorator, owner of Carlo’s Bakery and the star of the hit TLC reality show Cake Boss. In the fall of 2010 he also launched a new spin-off competition show, Next Great Baker, and in late January 2011 he debuted his daily cooking show, The Kitchen Boss. 

A Live Interactive Show, Buddy will share stories behind his hit TV series and his colorful Italian family, answer audience questions and give a live demonstration of the techniques that have made him one of the most successful and renowned cake artists in the nation. Buddy will also invite audience members to join the fun on stage. 

On November 2^nd, 2010 Free Press (Simon & Schuster) released Buddy’s first book, Cake Boss: The Stories and Recipes from Mia Famiglia. The book is an uncommonly touching and inspiring memoir of his family’s fascinating and poignant life story. The Art Institute of Tampa has announced the winner of Tampa Best Teen Chef Competition for this year! Congratulations to Samantha Cunningham; Samantha  wins a $5,000 tuition scholarship toward a culinary degree program at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Tampa. Can’t wait to see her open her own restaurant someday.
