Hello again food fans! Mother's Day is Sunday and it's all about spoiling Mom. What better way than to treat her to a beautiful batch of delicious cupcakes. I had a wonderful talk with Jan Moon, author of  "The Big Book of Cupcakes" which you can listen to right here. Jan's book is full of recipes that Mom and the kids can enjoy baking together, and is easy to use with great baking tips. It would be hard for me to pick just one, but I'm sure I'll try to find one...or three!
