I blame my guests. Okay, that was the easy way out, but taking a long weekend, and indulging in way too many delicious goodies didn’t exactly pay off on the scale this morning, but so what! Had a great time, and now I’m ready for yet another long weekend with the 4th of July coming up! Sunday is going to be kind of cool – they’ve asked me to intr0duce The Wiggles at the Trop after the game! Talk about pressure with all your kids staring me down on stage. But it’s a day out at the park with the Rays, and I’m going to give some of the finest foods in major league baseball a try and report back to you next week. I’m going to be out of the house a lot over the weekend, and was looking for a brunch recipe to share with some friends, and found what looks like a really delicious one on www.sweetbaysupermarket.com which is an excellent place to not only plan your weekend shopping needs, you can put the shopping list together there and get coupons! I’ll let you know how the Tomato and Goat Chees Breakfast pieworks out. I might tweak things a little, but you know I can never leave well enough alone!
