Taking the "Extreme" Out of Couponing

Are You Stalking The Sales?

Kelly’s Kitchen is always looking for a great sale, and the best deals. Yes, that includes using coupons. But somehow coupon use has started to head toward the dark side. It’s Ann Kelly, and you’ve heard the news how stores are starting to tighten their coupon policies, even to the point of patrolling the aisles to avoid having some people basically strip the shelves and leave little for others. It gets even crazier…and illegal with the Sunday papers being stolen from the street boxes. Less than honest shoppers are showing up first thing in the morning, paying for one paper and taking the whole box. I think that’s a little thing called theft. So where’s that happy medium?

Hear from Carrie Rocha, who has a pretty great thing going with www.pocketyourdollars.com. There are plenty of ways to get wonderful deals and find what you want on sale without resorting to extreme measure. She has an amazing story, making the family commitment to become as debt free as possible…and she’s done it.

What have you done to save a buck and do you go to over the tops ways to do it? Tell us at 949comments@coxtampa.com. I’ve also heard from some of you that hold couponing workshops, which is a great way to give and get advice. Tell me about those, too!
