They are beyond busy this time of year, but a few minutes in the kitchen was more than enough to open my eyes to the immense skill and love for what this talented staff creates at the corner of Indian Rocks and East Bay Drive in Bellair Bluffs. These are handmade, artisan chocolates that are almost too beautiful to eat, with no preservatives. Oh, I said almost. Just one taste will make you a fan for life and the sinful selections?
