Has the mystery monkey popped up again? One woman in south St Pete thinks so, after she was attacked Monday night by what she described as that 40 pound rhesus which has been spotted but never captured. Florida Fish and Wildlife officers are setting traps to try and catch the elusive monkey and they ask if you see it to just leave it alone.

Health officials say they've now confirmed the first Florida death linked to a national meningitis outbreak. The Florida Department of Health says a 70-year-old man died in July, before the discovery of the contaminated steroid medication authorities have linked to the infection. There are a total of six reported cases in Florida. Nationally the outbreak has reached 119 cases, including 11 deaths.
