71 year old Trevor Dooley was found guilty of manslaughter the shooting death of David James in front of James’s eight year old daughter. They were arguing over skateboarders, and he now faces up to 30 years in prison. Dooley is blaming racism for the verdict, and sentencing is set for Jan 10th.

The sister of Jill Kelley, the Tampa woman who’s emails helped lead to the revelation of an affair between CIA Director General David Petraeus and his biographer Paula Broadwell, has hired high profile attorney Gloria Allred. They held a press conference yesterday. Allred defended Natalie Khawam’s relationship with her sister, and really didn’t answer any other questions.

A Clearwater woman is in trouble for losing her temper after a minor accident. After Theresa Rubalcava’s van was struck by another car making an illegal lane change, she got so upset that she took a knife and slashed the guy’s tires and left the scene. Clearwater police later caught up with her and now’s she charged with leaving the scene of a crash with damage, criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana.

Will there be a Wal-Mart rebellion on Black Friday? Employees say they’re planning a nationwide protest Friday over low wages, what they describe as poor working conditions and inadequate health benefits. In return, Wal-Mart has recently filed charges against the United Food and Commercial Workers Union for unlawfully disrupting business over the last six months.

The Bucs have won their last four games, and five out of the last six. But it’s looking like the next home game will be blacked out again. Atlanta comes to town Sunday and still need to sell over 7,000 tickets. The deadline is tomorrow at 1 pm.
