The Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office has released cell phone video that Tampa teen Jared Cano took of himself planning to blow up Freedom High School. Another student let authorities know what Cano was planning and he was arrested Cano faces a sentencing hearing on December 5th. He could get up to 30 years.

Will there be a Wal-Mart rebellion on Black Friday? Employees say they’re planning a nationwide protest Friday over low wages, what they describe as poor working conditions and inadequate health benefits. Wal-Mart has recently filed charges against the United Food and Commercial Workers Union for unlawfully disrupting business over the last six months.

Publix has recalled nearly four dozen different types of bakery products from their shelves due to concerns about possible bacterial contamination. All of them have been pulled from store shelves and no one has reported any illnesses caused by the products, mostly chocolate. But if you did buy some they can be returned to Publix for a full refund.

71 year old Trevor Dooley was found guilty of manslaughter last night in the shooting death of David James in front of James’s eight year old daughter. They were arguing over skateboarders, and he now faces up to 30 years in prison. Dooley is blaming racism for the verdict.

Thanks to people like community activist Momma Tee Tassiser, there will be fewer old and ugly billboards in St Pete. Mayor Bill Foster says the city started removing the boards that weren’t being maintained on Monday with plans they be replaced with the new digital boards. It should take around six months to replace some 80 old boards.

The Bucs have won their last four games, and five out of the last six. But it’s looking like the next home game will be blacked out again. Atlanta comes to town Sunday and still need to sell over 7,000 tickets. The deadline is Thursday at 1 pm.
