It’s Election Day and polls open at 7 am stay open until 7 pm; if you’re in line at 7 pm, they stay open until you get your chance to vote. They’re doing their best in New York and New Jersey to get voters to the polls. Rides are being offered to get some displaced voters to their polling sites and make sure that others know where to go to cast ballots. Many of those without homes say they still plan to exercise their rights to vote, despite Superstorm Sandy.

A surprising announcement from Sharon Osborne. Ozzie’s wife says that after receiving the news she tested positive for a gene linked to developing a form of breast cancer, she had a double mastectomy.
