Time to keep an eye on the sky this weekend. Welcome to our 2012 hurricane season, with that whole mess coming up from the south and dumping on Tampa Bay this weekend. The National Hurricane Center says there’s a pretty decent chance it’s going to become a tropical system (next name on the list is Debby). Regardless, it doesn’t take a named storm to make a mess. Straight line winds, heavy downpours that cause flooding, it all adds up. So please take care this weekend and don’t take chances.
