A broken water main made life pretty miserable for Oldsmar residents this weekend, but now that the source of that break has been found, repairs can begin. 16-year-old Javon Neal, of Tampa, died at St Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa Sunday night after being shot by Tampa police officers. The shooting occurred after the officers say he allegedly pointed a gun at them, was ordered to drop the gun and did not. Relatives say it was a bb gun. The officers are on paid administrative leave pending an investigation of the incident.
