At least you can say he’s honest when he’s drunk.
24 year old Matthew Devore called 911 after having a few too many and hopping behind the wheel.
Devore told the dispatcher who answered that he was driving drunk and needed to be stopped.
Just a few moments later a sheriff's deputy spotted Devore and fulfilled his wish.
He didn’t need to pull the intoxicated man over however.
Devore had already driven his car off the road and into the median and had a flat tire.
When asked why he was driving under the influence Devore told the trooper he was “sick of Indiana and decided to go for a drive.”
Devore was arrested with a blood-alcohol level of .09.
The legal limit in the Hoosier state is .08.
