In Reiki level one you will be introduced to the core concepts and principles of the practice of Reiki. You will learn what Reiki is, Reiki's history, how to sense the Reiki flow through your body, and how to use the energy for recovery and self-healing. As a Reiki Level One practitioner daily Reiki self-treatment practice is first priority. Grounding and centering meditation exercises and the Chakra system are also taught to each Level One Reiki student. Each level one practitioner learns to be in tune with themselves first, this builds a solid foundation in the Reiki tradition. Upon completion of Reiki Level One each student receives their Reiki Level One attunement to mark their initiation into the art of Reiki healing and a certificate of completion. After the first level of training each student is encouraged to participate in our weekly Reiki Circle to expand their Reiki practice. Before proceeding to Reiki Level Two, each Reiki Level One student must complete 25 Hours of Hands-On documented Self-Healing practice which will be explained more during Level One training.
