The competition is open to students who attend public, private or home school.Entries are due in early January and are judged by local art experts hired by the Pinellas County Schools Art Supervisor. Typically, 500-600 entries are received each year. From these entries 150-200 students are selected and their artwork is included in an exhibition hung for several weeks in the gallery at Gibbs High School.
