The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg returns for a ninth year of world-class racing and exciting competition, March 22-24. The event serves as the season-opener for the IZOD IndyCar Series and takes place on a 1.8-mile, 14-turn waterfront circuit through the downtown streets of St. Petersburg, Florida overlooking the Tampa Bay and picturesque St. Petersburg Harbor and Marina. The festival-like atmosphere includes parades and fireworks, family entertainment, the tallest Ferris wheel in St. Petersburg, beer gardens, driver autograph sessions, live music, interactive games and exhibits.
