Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, The Florida Aquarium and WDUV have teamed up to organize a large scale clean-up effort along Bayshore boulevard the day after the Gasparilla Parade.
Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, The Florida Aquarium and WDUV have teamed up to organize a large scale clean-up effort along Bayshore boulevard the day after the Gasparilla Parade.
This effort will focus on the small plastic items and recyclables left after the parade. Cleaning up this debris will help prevent possible wildlife injuries and helps keep Hillsborough Bay clean! Everyone is welcome to help out. This is a wonderful way for the whole family to do something good for the community.
*Special thanks to The Krewe of the Nautilus, The Tampa Bay Green Consortium, Pepin, and the City of Tampa for their help planning and executing this event!
Location: Bay to Bay park located at the intersection of Bay to Bay and Bayshore blvd
Times: 1-3pm on Jan 27th
