Green is the new Black. Join us Sunday January 20th, from 1:00-2:00 pm, for “Smoothies in the Garden” with Felecia Brantley. Drinking Green can be great when blended with the correct ingredients. Come learn how to use fresh local vegetables to make your next healthy and tasty smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to get the vitamins, minerals, and fiber your body needs for weight loss and proper fueling. This workshop includes multiple demos and samples using fresh greens grown at Sweetwater Organic Community Farm. Participants will also be provided with lots of recipes to get the most out of their local, fresh, seasonal produce all season long.Felecia Brantley is a fitness and health educator, with a life-long commitment to health and well-being.
