Studio@620 WMNF Radio Theatre Project features two noir genre mysteries in an evening of four radio theatre scripts by Tampa Bay playwrights. EUGENE OREGON AND THE CASE OF THE BEST SANDWICH has been written and will be directed by Jim Rayfield. In this episode, Private Eye Eugene Oregon faces a tough decision -- cherchez la femme or cherchez the sandwich? SHELTER has been written by Matt Cowley and will be directed by Julia Flood. As authorities warn of a deadly storm hitting the Tampa Bay area, four friends confront the past and the unknown to survive the afternoon. THE CONTINUING ADVENTURES OF NOEL BERLIN, CABARET DETECTIVE #3 has been written for RTP Live! by Paul Wilborn and Matt Cowley and will be directed by Ron Satlof. “...Noel Berlin, Cabaret Detective” series features the Ensemble in cliff hanger episodes with cabaret music and stunning sound effects. Each week Noel and his girlfriend Belle, try to unravel a mystery wrapped in an enigma that leads them closer and closer to a shimmering, upside-down pyramid floating in the bay off downtown St. Petersburg. DAY OF THE ONONDAGA has been written by William Leavengood and will be directed by Jim Wicker. A high-powered real estate mogul in Syracuse, NY is confronted by an Onondaga Indian Chief threatening to knock down the mogul's fifteen-story office building which stands on land being reclaimed by the Onondaga nation.
