The exam is optional and given the day of the class.To take the exam teh participant must have their application filled out, the proof of insurance form, the check payable to FDACS, and a picture ID. The exam will be given at 3:00 pm.Books are NOT provided, but can pre-ordered from the office or by visiting www.ifasbooks.com.A total of 6 CEUs are provided: 3 L&O, 3 O&T, 3 Private, 3 LL&O, 3 LCLM, 3 CORELunch is provided.Individuals seeking recertification may attend the class for 4 hours for the $30.00 price.
