Joe Clair is the former host of BET'S Rap City. Weekly he performs standup at comedy clubs and colleges nationwide. Recently Joe was featured on Martin Lawrence's 1st Amendent filmed in D.C. Joe was one of few comedians which performed on 2 seasons.
Joe Clair is an Actor, Rapper, Comedian, Member of Kappa Alpha Psi, and Entreprenuer. On December 9th get ready as he prepares to bring the funny to Tampa.
