With Windows Phone 8 releasing, WIndows 8 Releasing, and BUILD finding a decent date that did not conflict with any of these events was difficult. As a result we decided to have a Watchathon/Hackathon/Installfest night. We'll be watching whatever is happening at BUILD on Tuesday, October 30th, 6pm (our time). We'll also have as many of our local experts around as is possible, so if between now and the 30th you run into issues you can not get around bring them. We will  do our best to help.
