Young artists in pre-concert performance at Vinoy Park: the Vinoy Park concert will have a pre-concert performance from 5:45pm to 6:30 pm by two finalists from VSA Florida young soloists competition, who will be representing the state of Florida in the national competition in Washington, DC later on this year.
