SUN ‘n FUN’s 3rd Annual “Hangar Door Canteen” goes MASH! The HANGAR DOOR CANTEEN dinner dance is a festive fundraiser like no other and has already become one of SUN ’n FUN’s most popular annual events. This year, the Canteen takes on a MASH theme which stands for Make Aviation Scholarships Happen and will feature fabulous food and music from the 1940s and early 1950s, silent and live auctions, dancing and more. MASH or period costumes are encouraged!All of the proceeds generated from this spirited evening through ticket and sponsorship sales and the live and silent auctions will directly support the year-round student education programs at SUN ’n FUN and specifically provide scholarships for deserving students to attend Destination: Aviation and STEMtastic!TM camps throughout the year.Even if you can’t attend, you can support the event by purchasing raffle tickets for a chance to win a Sam Lyons framed original acrylic painting “Chasing the Sun” PLUS a bonus framed print “Pacific Sunrise” signed by the Jolly Rogers Unit! The combined value of these two pieces of art is $5,000.
