Those who seek to be well-informed on yoga therapy as a non-invasive alternative/complement, and those who plan on recommending patients to yoga practice for general health management should plan to attend this course. The course will present the basis of yoga and yoga research for therapeutic purposes and for health maintenance; the course includes theory, demonstration and practice.
